The tort claim is something I am still learning to use. However I hear its really simple and gets actions to happen. It is an international complaint that goes into the court for an injury. What injury depends on the situation at hand. Some of these things range from, being pulled over and kidnapped, foreclosure, mortgage, being arrested, your in jail, repossession, etc. The Standard Form 95 is a Claim for Damage, Injury, or Death upon an induvial. Each state will have its own processing requirements on how to file the claim. We also have found on the Code of Federal Regulations website where they have the "ADMINISTRATIVE CLAIMS UNDER FEDERAL TORT CLAIMS ACT" and the codes they follow dealing with torts.
